Shipping & Returns



In-stock items generally ship within 3 business days. If the items ordered are out of stock, they will be made-to-order and a lead time of 14 days will apply. Custom order will ship according to a scheduled time (for custom orders, do not order through the store. Rather send us an email).


Standard shipping costs are R90 per item for regular listings (non-custom items). Shipping may vary for custom or oversized items. We offer free shipping for orders over R1000.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your item has been shipped. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery of items sent through the postal service which is why we make use of a door-to-door delivery service. 

If you live in Johannesburg, you are more than welcome to arrange for collection of your items or we would be happy to arrange a local pick-up. Just leave us a note with your order. Our 14 day lead time still applies for orders for collection.

Currently we only ship locally within South Africa, but that might change in the future.

Please note I am unable to make changes to your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Make sure to verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

GIFT SHIPPING for paper florals

All items placed on a single order will be delivered to the same address. If you would like to send items to separate addresses, please place separate orders. This way we can ensure your items and your gifts arrive at the correct locations. 

When shipping a gift, please leave a note with your message to the recipient at checkout for us to include your message and information to the recipient.

We pack all our orders ourselves and take the best care possible to wrap each arrangement to prevent damage.

Upon arrival of your items, locate your items, carefully pull it from the box and unwrap for the top.


Blooms may need gentle fluffing or smoothing out after shipment.


Orders are non-refundable and not exchangeable unless your items arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your items, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement. Please provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and attach a photo of the defect/damage. I will coordinate shipping back to me at no additional cost to you. To do so, I ask that you save all packaging materials for a quick, safe return. I’m happy to send you a replacement product as soon as one is available, or I will refund your order in its entirety. All requests for replacement must be made within seven days from delivery date.



Given the custom and handmade nature of our products, no order cancellations are accepted, and all sales are final. If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, or if you have made an error at checkout, please contact us immediately by sending an email to We cannot guarantee changes to orders once we've started producing an order.


If you wish to make special requests, please contact us before placing your order, and we will provide separate instructions as needed.
